About

Georgia Thomas   Kevin The Yabby    Kayzar

Georgia Thomas is a solicitor who runs a small practice from her home on the beautiful NSW Central Coast in Australia, where she works closely with the unique legal needs of creatives, innovators and entrepreneurs. Her most recent book, 'The Small Business Legal Toolkit', is the first she has written from professional perspective, and it is aimed at helping businesses in their first 4 years tackle the various legal obstacles they are bound to face.

As the mother of three, she is well acquainted with the fears and concerns of children and writes in a manner that takes a light-hearted approach to serious topics. Books 1 and 2 in the Yabby Tales series, deal with fear of the dark and sportsmanship. Book 3, ‘Within’, helps children appreciate the value found in our differences, and will be published in 2018.

'Kayzar' is a novel for older readers aged 9-12 and along with its value as a classic adventure story, it also contains a message about overcoming fear, making good decisions and finding a sense of self-worth.

‘Inspire Change’ is for mature readers who want to bring about change, but don’t quite know where to start. The book takes readers through 6 steps of self-evaluation, with questions and exercises designed to encourage reflection. Each book is a labour of love, extending beyond the stories to the cover designs, layout and illustrations.

Georgia’s love for writing spans genres and enables her to reach a broad audience. In addition to her books, Georgia is a founding contributor for the Smallville business website and writes regularly for her legal practice and workshops.
